Once production has started:

Customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or where the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly produced by IPSA Jewellers.

7. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.

We may offer payment methods such as:

  • Online payment

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit cards

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Orders may not be processed until the required payment or order verification has been completed.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for selected products, locations, or orders.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Customized and personalized jewellery is generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has started, except in eligible cases specified in our policy.

An unboxing video may be required to verify the claim.
